Industrial mechanic
As an industrial mechanic, you’re our top priority!
Your main responsibilities include the construction, maintenance
and control of machinery and production plant.
As an apprentice at Merz you form part of a team that really couldn’t
be more varied.
Our engineers and developers rely on you for the implementation of your ideas and visions as actual products and machines.
And our fitters require precisely manufactured parts to assemble a
highly complex and delicate working piece of machinery for our customers.

As a candidate, you’ll need to offer the following:
- Visual-spatial intelligence
- Technical and logical mindset
- Interest in maths and physics (good grades are helpful here)
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Care and thoroughness
- Happy to work with oils and lubricants, and in smoky,
dusty or noisy environments - Team player
