Our systems

Our product portfolio consists of two types of 4-feed high-performance circular knitting machines with a reciprocated heel movement for the manufacture of medical compression stockings in compression classes I to III (bespoke orders also possible), anti-embolism stockings, knee bandages, ankle supports, and ladies sheer tights with reciprocated heel and toe.

Special features

  • Merz positive feeders for the feeding-in of inlay yarns to create 
    the desired compression with controlled yarn feed-in tension
  • Integrated welting mechanism for the production of double welts, 
    elastic welts and double toes
  • Diagonal stitch cam improves plating

Monitoring Device MIS

The monitoring device MIS (sensor system) ensures a continnuous monitoring of all yarn threads and is suitable for all types of yarn. A special system makes it easy to fit individual sensors on the yarn path. Sensor programation is integrated in the machine software.

EFS 800 and BTSR Ultrafeeder

Memminger EFS 800 and BTSR Ultrafeeder designed to feed elastic and non-elastic yarns with yarn tension control. The sensor measures the yarn tension and adjusts the feed speed according to preset values. Two modes are available: constant yarn tension or remote control yarn tension. Both are electronic feeding devices.

Merz Fournisseur

The Merz-Positiv-Feeder allows the feeding-in of inlay yarns to produce the compression with controlled feed-in yarn tension in each knitted course.

Piezoelectric actuators

8 piezoelectric WAC actuators allow an individual needle selection for a fully 3-way-technique on each knitting feed.

Magnetic valves

The position of the magnetic valves around the knitting cylinder allows a very precise activation of all knitting cams.

Touch Display

The 10,4“ colour touch display allows the operator via dialogue programming easy self explanatory operations and easy access of the machine.
